Project Overview
Before the redesign, the website lacked visual and structural coherence. The brand identity was inconsistent, the mobile experience was weak, and the user journey did not clearly guide users toward booking consultations or understanding next steps after scheduling an appointment.
The project involved a comprehensive redesign, covering brand identity, UX/UI, mobile optimization, and process automation, with the goal of creating a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-focused experience for users navigating complex immigration services.
Before the Redesign
Before the redesign, the Immigria website presented several challenges:
- Outdated and inconsistent logo and visual identity
- No defined color palette or brand hierarchy
- Poor mobile usability
- Inconsistent and sometimes unclear copywriting
- Appointment scheduling that required manual follow-ups
- No automated process after booking a consultation
As a result, the site did not fully support users during a high-stress, decision-heavy process like immigration.

I led the redesign end-to-end, taking ownership of both brand and UX decisions.
My responsibilities included:

- Creation of a new color palette and visual system

- Copywriting cleanup and content coherence
- Redesign of the appointment booking experience
- Automation of post-booking processes (confirmation, next steps)
- Joomla front-end customization and optimization
I worked closely with stakeholders to align UX decisions with operational and business needs.
